Expands "New Jersey Nonprofit Security Grant Program."

This bill expands New Jersey's Nonprofit Security Grant Program to provide higher funding and broader support for nonprofits at risk of violence. It increases maximum grants to $50,000 for security personnel or training/planning (up from $10,000) and $150,000 for security equipment (up from $50,000), while requiring the state to request $10 million annually (up from $2 million) for the program. Eligible nonprofits - primarily religious organizations at high risk of attacks, extremism, or violence - can now apply for both personnel and equipment grants in the same year. The program, administered by the Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness, funds security investments solely within New Jersey.
