Authorizes free admission to State parks and forests for certain veterans, military personnel, first responders, and police.

This bill expands free admission to New Jersey State parks and forests to include active military personnel (any branch or reserve), veterans, and New Jersey-resident first responders (such as law enforcement, firefighters, and emergency medical personnel). It also allows immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, or grandparents living together) to enter for free when accompanying a qualifying person. The change modifies existing law, which previously provided free access only to National Guard members, seniors 62+, and disabled residents. The bill takes effect immediately upon enactment.
