Permits certain winery license holders to sell Department of Agriculture "Secretary Select" wine under certain circumstances.

This bill permits wineries with plenary or farm winery licenses to sell "Secretary Select" wine at retail to customers for consumption on or off their premises, as well as offer samples. "Secretary Select" refers to wines selected by the New Jersey Department of Agriculture to promote local wine production. To qualify, wineries must sell at least 50% of their wine from their own production. The change aims to help promote New Jersey wines by giving consumers more choices when visiting wineries, while maintaining the requirement that most wine sold comes from the winery's own production.
