The poster, developed by the Department of Labor in collaboration with the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, must include contact details for veteran services, mental health resources, educational programs, tax benefits, veteran ID/license options, unemployment eligibility, legal services, and the VA Crisis Line. Employers must place the poster in a visible location accessible to all employees. The bill takes effect 90 days after enactment.
