Provides for representation of certain regions of State on New Jersey Turnpike Authority.

This bill (A5106) requires the New Jersey Turnpike Authority to include specific regional representation among its appointed members. It mandates that at least one appointed member must reside in each of three defined county regions: (1) Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Gloucester, Ocean, or Salem counties; (2) Mercer, Middlesex, or Monmouth counties; and (3) Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Union, or Passaic counties. The requirement applies only to members appointed on or after the bill's effective date, not current members. This is a procedural change to the Authority's board composition, with no impact on tolls, operations, or policy decisions.
