This bill authorizes New Jersey to issue special license plates featuring the Ancient Order of Hibernians emblem and slogan. It requires a $50 one-time application fee and $10 annual renewal fee for these plates, with all fees deposited into a dedicated fund that annually appropriates money to the Ancient Order of Hibernians organization. The program cannot launch until the organization provides $25,000 to cover initial costs and submits 500 completed applications. The license plates are available only to New Jersey residents who choose to purchase them through the Motor Vehicle Commission.
