Prohibits several substances in sale, distribution, and manufacture of commercial foods.

This bill prohibits seven specific substances from being used in commercial foods sold, distributed, or manufactured in New Jersey. The banned substances include azodicarbonamide, brominated vegetable oil, butylated hydroxyanisole, potassium bromate, propylparaben, red dye 3, and titanium dioxide. Food containing any of these substances will be deemed adulterated under state law, making it illegal to sell or distribute in the state.
