Changes DEP authority to allow taking of aquacultured shellfish on Sunday.

This bill amends New Jersey law to expand the Department of Environmental Protection's (DEP) authority to allow Sunday harvesting of *all* aquacultured shellfish (including clams, mussels, and oysters), not just oysters as currently permitted. Current law only permitted such regulations for oyster harvesting.
