Provides that any superintendent salary caps adopted by the commissioner will apply to charter school administrators.

This bill extends existing salary limits for district school superintendents to charter school leaders. Currently, New Jersey sets salary caps for district superintendents based on school enrollment. The bill requires charter schools to apply these same caps to their lead administrators or anyone managing a charter school's operations. It applies immediately to all charter school administrators under the new rule.
