Establishes special license plates supporting American Red Cross.

This bill (A2482) would allow New Jersey residents to obtain special license plates featuring the American Red Cross. Vehicle owners applying for these plates would pay a $50 one-time fee and a $10 annual renewal fee (in addition to standard registration costs). The collected fees would fund the "American Red Cross License Plate Fund," which would be appropriated annually to support the Red Cross's disaster relief and human services programs. The Motor Vehicle Commission would reimburse its administrative costs from these fees before depositing the remainder into the fund.
