Establishes "Farm Mental Health and Financial Services Task Force."

This bill establishes the "Farm Mental Health and Financial Services Task Force" to address mental health and financial stress among New Jersey farm workers. The task force will develop and maintain an updated online list of mental health and financial assistance services for farm owners, operators, supervisors, and laborers, accessible via the state Agriculture and Health Department websites. It will study other states' approaches to farmer well-being and issue triennial reports to the Governor and Legislature with recommendations for improving support services. The task force consists of the Agriculture Secretary, Health Commissioner, and three public members appointed by the Governor representing farmers, banking associations, and mental health advocates.
