This bill requires every public school district in New Jersey to submit an annual report by October 15 to the Commissioner of Education detailing interscholastic athletic opportunities for male and female students in middle and high schools. The report must include specific data such as enrollment by gender, team listings, athlete participation numbers, funding sources (including booster clubs), school expenditures (for travel, equipment, coaching, and facilities), staffing, and competition schedules for each team. School districts must also post the report on their website by November 1. The Commissioner will compile all reports, summarize the data by gender, and share the summary with state officials by January 15 each year.
