Bill status changed from 'As Amended by the Senate' to 'Version Adopted by Both Bodies,' indicating both legislative chambers have approved the bill.

A new date stamp (4Jun2026) was added to record when both bodies adopted the version.

The optometry board's power over pharmaceuticals was narrowed: instead of being able to approve specific pharmaceuticals for use by optometrists, the board can now only update the formulary listed in RSA 327:1, III(i). Individual drug approval authority is removed.

A new provision moves the approval of medical imaging and radiation therapy educational programs from the executive director's direct authority to the rulemaking authority of the executive director, in consultation with the advisory board.
