Minor wording adjustments were made to clarify that these time limits apply to any warrant in any case, removing ambiguity about whether previous warrants affected the new timeline.

Reduced the minimum waiting period before execution from 180 days to 120 days after judgment is pronounced.

Reduced the maximum waiting period before execution from 270 days to 180 days after judgment is pronounced.

Reduced the minimum waiting period for subsequent execution warrants from 180 days to 120 days after the latest appointed execution date.

Reduced the maximum waiting period for subsequent execution warrants from 270 days to 180 days after the latest appointed execution date.

Changed the language from 'may draw a new warrant' to 'must draw a new warrant' when a death judgment remains unexecuted and is still in force.
