Revises provisions relating to health care. (BDR 54-38)

Added Section 1.3 to allow applicants who have previously held a valid foreign license, even if they no longer hold it, to apply for a limited license in Nevada.

Removed the mandatory requirement that applicants must have completed a residency program, replacing it with a more flexible option to perform physician duties within a specific timeframe.

Added provisions allowing the Board to require an additional examination for applicants who have not performed physician duties for a continuous 24-month period.

Introduced a new requirement that limited licensees must practice under the supervision of a Nevada physician holding an unrestricted license, formalized by a written practice agreement.

Updated the pathway to unrestricted licensure to include a requirement for a recommendation from each supervising physician.

Added a requirement for the Board of Medical Examiners to submit an annual report to the Legislature concerning the licensure of graduates of foreign medical schools.
