New Section 12 requires operators to display a sign containing certain information at all times during the use of an inflatable device.

Section 9 was updated to prohibit use or transfer of devices if labels are missing or illegible, expanding the previous requirement that only covered missing labels.

Section 8 was updated to clarify that inspections must be conducted according to bill requirements, user manual requirements, and recall information.

The Legislative Counsel's Digest was updated to reflect the new section numbering (2-12 instead of 2-13) and to describe the new sign requirement in Section 12.
