Interim study to examine the initiative and referendum petition processes in the twenty-six states in which such a process exists

This legislative resolution (LR 206) proposes an interim study by Nebraska's Government, Military and Veterans Affairs Committee to examine initiative and referendum petition processes in 26 states.
