Appropriate funds for domestic violence services

LB 348 proposed allocating $3 million from the Health and Human Services Cash Fund for fiscal year 2025-26 and another $3 million for 2026-27 to fund domestic violence services through Program 354 under Nebraska's Department of Health and Human Services.
