Reorganized legislative services division responsibilities into five distinct categories (document, research, legal, committee, and management services) for clearer functional organization.

Added specific support for interim committees organized under Title 5, chapter 5, part 2 within committee services.

Added broadcasting services in accordance with Title 5, chapter 11, part 11 as a new responsibility category.
