Create license for CPS workers

LC 928 aimed to establish a state licensing requirement for Child Protective Services (CPS) workers. The bill would have created a formal certification process to ensure CPS workers meet specific qualifications. However, the bill died in committee during the drafting phase in May 2025 and never advanced to a vote or became law. It did not affect any current policies or regulations.
