Revise judicial conduct laws

This bill updates Montana's judicial conduct laws to allow judges and judicial candidates to engage in more political activities. It permits them to attend or fundraise for nonjudicial political events, accept endorsements from political groups, and publicly support or oppose candidates for nonjudicial offices. Judges who run with a party designation may also hold political office, make speeches for political organizations, contribute to political campaigns, and identify themselves as candidates of a specific political party. The changes aim to clarify what political actions are permissible for judges outside of their judicial roles.
