Establish the uniform public expression protection act

Courts must rule on these motions quickly, considering only written documents and limited evidence, and if successful, the lawsuit is dismissed with prejudice. The act excludes lawsuits against government entities, actions taken to protect public health or safety, and disputes involving businesses selling goods or services.
