Revise brewery operation hours

LC 1876 aimed to revise the permitted operating hours for breweries in the state. If enacted, it would have directly affected licensed breweries by allowing extended operating hours beyond current limits. The bill proposed specific changes to the hours during which breweries could serve alcohol on-site. However, the bill died in the legislative process on May 27, 2025, and was never enacted into law. Therefore, no policy changes were implemented under this bill.
