Creates provisions relating to automatic enrollment in the supplemental nutrition assistance program for certain MO HealthNet participants

HB 1821 automatically enrolls certain Missouri residents in the federal food assistance program (SNAP) if they pay a "spenddown" to qualify for MO HealthNet (Missouri's Medicaid program). This applies to people already receiving or seeking MO HealthNet benefits who meet SNAP income thresholds.
