Establishes the "Commission on Interstate 70 Safety and Beautification"

HCR 7 creates a Commission on Interstate 70 Safety and Beautification to study improvements for Missouri's I-70 corridor. The commission, composed of the House Transportation Committee chair, Missouri Municipal League and Association of Counties representatives, and Scenic Byways Committee members, will examine strategies to enhance safety and scenic beauty through reasonable landscaping, sign control, and highway design. It does not enact new laws but directs the group to recommend changes to the Missouri Department of Transportation and the General Assembly.
