Changes a pilot agricultural education program in elementary schools to a statewide program

Participating schools must apply, commit to funding the program for at least three years, and collaborate with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to design grade-appropriate instruction including classroom learning, hands-on activities, and career development. The department will evaluate the pilot after three years and report findings to legislative committees before the statewide rollout.
