Allows motorcycles to operate between stopped and slow-moving lanes of traffic

This bill allows motorcycle operators in Missouri to drive between rows of stopped or slow-moving vehicles traveling in the same direction. The law permits this maneuver only if the motorcycle is moving no more than 10 miles per hour faster than the surrounding traffic and never exceeds 25 miles per hour. It explicitly prohibits motorcycles from driving between fast-moving lanes of traffic and establishes that intentionally blocking a motorcycle from using this permitted space is an infraction. Additionally, the Missouri State Highway Patrol is authorized to create safety guidelines for these operations.
