Establishes protections for landowners taking wildlife on the landowner's property

This bill establishes a registration system for landowners who wish to hunt wildlife on their own property. To qualify for a free landowner hunting permit, an individual must own at least five acres of real property and register that land with the relevant commission. The law also allows landowners to request a free, two-day hunting permit for one nonresident immediate family member once per year. Additionally, the bill clarifies that any previous requirements for landowner property registration are no longer valid.
