Auto-injectable epinephrine devices; authorize restaurants to obtain from Health Dept or from pharmacies under a standing order.

This bill would allow Mississippi restaurants with 10 or more seats to obtain auto-injectable epinephrine devices (for severe allergic reactions) through the state health department or pharmacies using a pre-approved doctor's order. Restaurants must train at least one employee in device use and store the devices securely. Trained staff could administer epinephrine during suspected allergic reactions with legal immunity, and the bill extends this protection to restaurants, healthcare providers, pharmacists, and trainers involved in the process.
