HB 1667 would create a state income tax credit for Mississippi employers with fewer than 50 employees that offer Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA) instead of traditional health insurance. Qualified employers could claim up to $400 per employee in the first year of offering an ICHRA (matching prior coverage levels) and $200 per employee in the second year.
