Foreign Third-Party Litigation Funders; require disclosure to the Attorney General.

Added new definition of 'foreign entity of concern' to include entities organized in foreign countries of concern, owned by foreign governments, with principal places of business in foreign countries of concern, or affiliated with U.S.-designated blocked persons or terrorist organizations.

Added new definition of 'foreign person' to specify individuals who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents, unincorporated associations with majority non-U.S. members, and corporations not incorporated in the United States.

Modified the definition section to include the new foreign entity and foreign person definitions before the existing third-party litigation funder definition.

Added a repeal provision in Section 2 that would make the act effective on July 1, 2025, but repeal it on the same date, rendering the bill ineffective.
