Education: graduation requirements; credit for working certain trades; provide for. Amends sec. 1278a of 1976 PA 451 (MCL 380.1278a) & adds sec. 1279i.

Property: land sales; prohibition of purchase of residential property by certain businesses; modify. Amends secs. 3 & 7 of 2026 PA 32 (MCL 125.853 & 1125.857).

A resolution to create a select committee on the rules and procedures of the Board of State Canvassers and the Bureau of Elections.

Public utilities: electric utilities; electronic transmission infrastructure; allow to use existing rights-of-way. Amends sec. 13 of 1925 PA 368 (MCL 247.183) & adds sec. 13a.

Individual income tax: credit; credit for certain motor fuel retail dealers; provide for. Amends 1967 PA 281 (MCL 206.1 - 206.847) by adding secs. 279 & 679.

Criminal procedure: sentencing; sunset on certain costs that may be imposed upon criminal conviction; modify. Amends sec. 1k, ch. IX of 1927 PA 175 (MCL 769.1k).

Vehicles: title; requirements for transfer of title by a dealer; provide for. Amends 14, 41a, 78, 217, 217c, 233, 233a, 233b, 234, 238, 239, 240, 248, 248a, 248j, 249, 250, 258, 801b, 806 & 810a of 1949 PA 300 (MCL 257.14 et seq.) & adds sec. 9b.

Housing: landlord and tenants; limitations on fees charged to tenants; provide for. Amends sec. 3 of 1978 PA 454 (MCL 554.633).
