Civil procedure: bankruptcy; bankruptcy exemptions; modify. Amends sec. 5451 of 1961 PA 236 (MCL 600.5451).

Health: substance use disorder treatment; licensure for substance use disorder service program; modify. Amends secs. 6233, 6235, 6236 & 6251 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.6233 et seq.).

Civil procedure: evictions; court records of evictions; require to be expunged. Amends sec. 8371 of 1961 PA 236 (MCL 600.8371) & adda sec. 5755.

Retirement: state employees; membership in the retirement system of certain law enforcement officers first hired after certain date; provide for, and allow for purchasing service credit for certain law enforcement officers' service under the state employees' retirement system. Amends 1986 PA 182 (MCL 38.1601 - 38.1674) by adding secs. 24c, 24d & 24e.

Criminal procedure: sentencing guidelines; sentencing guidelines for crimes related to the employment of minors; provide for. Amends sec. 14b, ch. XVII of 1927 PA 175 (MCL 777.14b).

Tobacco: licenses; license to sell a nicotine or tobacco product at retail; require. Amends title & secs. 1, 4 & 5 of 1915 PA 31 (MCL 722.641 et seq.) & adds secs. 1a, 1c, 1e, 1g, 1i, 1k, 1m, 1o & 2f.

Tobacco: other; reference to 1915 PA 31 in the age of majority act of 1971; revise. Amends secs. 2 & 3 of 1971 PA 79 (MCL 722.52 & 722.53).

Education: other; definition of operating obligation; modify. Amends sec. 12b of 1976 PA 451 (MCL 380.12b).
