Elections: other; contesting post-certification presidential election results; provide for. Amends sec. 13 of 1954 PA 116 (MCL 168.13) & adds sec. 845a.

Weapons: other; possession of firearms at a polling place; prohibit. Amends sec. 234d of 1931 PA 328 (MCL 750.234d).

Weapons: other; firearms within 100 feet of an absentee ballot counting board while ballots are being counted; prohibit. Amends sec. 234d of 1931 PA 328 (MCL 750.234d).

Crimes: malicious destruction; crime of institutional desecration; create. Amends 1931 PA 328 (MCL 750.1 - 750.568) by adding sec. 147c.
