References to the federal agency were corrected from 'Department of Urban Development' to 'Department of Housing and Urban Development' in two places defining manufactured housing standards and certification labels.

The term 'retailers' was replaced with 'mobile home dealers' in the act's title description and in rules governing dealer practices, aligning the language with the defined term used elsewhere in the act.

In mobile home park construction standards, 'fire hydrant replacement' was changed to 'fire hydrant placement' in two sections. This shifts the regulatory focus from requiring replacement of existing hydrants to specifying where new hydrants must be located.

References to local governments that enter agreements with the department under section 17 were removed from two provisions about material deficiencies. Previously, deficiencies identified by a local government could count toward compliance; now only the department or its authorized representative can identify qualifying deficiencies for licensing and transfer purposes.

Cross-references in the mobile home license enforcement fund and mobile home hardship fund provisions were corrected from 'section 35' to 'section 43' regarding which section governs the fees and fines deposited into these funds.
