Added water intake structures and water treatment facilities to the list of protected key facilities.

Added natural gas utility facilities, including stations and storage, to the list of protected key facilities.

Added gasoline, propane, LNG, and other fuel terminal or storage facilities to the list of protected key facilities.

Added transportation facilities such as ports, railroad yards, and trucking terminals to the list of protected key facilities.

Added pulp or paper manufacturing facilities and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities to the list of protected key facilities.

Added hazardous waste storage, treatment, or disposal facilities to the list of protected key facilities.

Added telecommunication facilities, including central offices and cellular towers, to the list of protected key facilities.

Explicitly included the portions of the Mackinac Bridge not open to the public as a key facility.

Removed unnecessary leading spaces and blank lines from the header and title sections to improve document readability.

Removed protection for water intake structures, water treatment facilities, natural gas utility facilities, fuel terminals, transportation facilities, pulp or paper manufacturing facilities, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, hazardous waste facilities, and telecommunication facilities.

Changed the Mackinac Bridge protection to apply only to portions of the bridge not open to or intended for public use.

Added a specific requirement that key facilities must be posted with signage as prescribed in a new subsection.
