Health occupations: physicians; interstate medical licensure compact; remove sunset. Amends sec. 16189 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.16189).

Added new eligibility requirement (Section 2(k)(9)) requiring physicians to not be under active investigation by any licensing or law enforcement authority in any jurisdiction.

Added new Section 5(b)(ii) requiring member boards to perform criminal background checks using fingerprint or biometric data compliant with FBI requirements during eligibility verification.

Added new Section 7(a)(2) requiring physicians to have no convictions, adjudications, or deferred dispositions for offenses to renew an expedited license.

Added new definitions for 'Offense' (Section 2(l)) and 'Rule' (Section 2(m)), clarifying what constitutes a disqualifying offense and the legal status of Interstate Commission rules.

Added detailed disciplinary action procedures (Section 10) including automatic suspension of all licenses when a principal license is revoked, and provisions for cross-state disciplinary actions.

Added Section 13 establishing the Interstate Commission's financial powers, including authority to levy annual assessments on member states and conduct financial audits.

Added comprehensive provisions for the Interstate Commission's organization, including meeting requirements, voting procedures, executive committee powers, and immunity provisions for officers and employees.
