Added requirement for public bodies with regular internet presence to post electronic meeting notices on their website at least 18 hours before the meeting.

Added requirement for public bodies eligible for remote meetings to establish attendance policies including quorum determination with electronic participation.

Added requirement for public bodies to explain why they are meeting electronically and how the public can participate in meeting notices.

Extended pandemic emergency electronic meeting provisions through December 31, 2021, with specific geographic restrictions for disaster-related meetings.
