This bill regulates contracts involving college athletes' names, images, and likenesses in Michigan to prevent unfair terms that extend beyond an athlete's eligibility to play sports. It prohibits agreements that require athletes to give up future compensation or likeness rights after they graduate or become ineligible, and it bans contracts that force dispute resolution in other states.
