Modified the definition of 'Emergency service provider' to include health professionals licensed under Article 15, broadening the group of individuals eligible for these services.

Added a new requirement that records kept by CISM team members regarding the provision of services are confidential and protected from subpoena, discovery, or introduction into evidence, matching the protection level previously given only to communications.
