Elections: registration; review of voter eligibility by the secretary of state; require under certain circumstances. Amends 1954 PA 116 (MCL 168.1 - 168.992) by adding sec. 506b.

If the individual is found to be not a U.S. citizen, they will receive a notice, and their voter registration will be canceled after 60 days unless proof of U.S. citizenship is provided. The bill also mandates the Secretary of State to establish procedures for individuals to appeal such cancellations.
