To qualify, applicants must demonstrate they are in good standing with the Department of Revenue and the Department of Unemployment Assistance, having paid all applicable taxes and fees. The town must issue these licenses within four years of the bill's effective date, and any unused licenses must be returned to the authority if the original holder stops using them.
