It mandates that these plans pay for procedures designed to improve function or restore appearance for disorders like ectodermal dysplasia, dentinogenesis imperfecta, and amelogenesis imperfecta, while explicitly excluding cosmetic surgery and unrelated dental or orthodontic work.
