Ehrlich and other members of the General Court for legislation to protect dogs at boarding kennels and daycare facilities; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 461) of Mark C. Montigny, James R. Miceli, Paul R. Heroux and Sal N. DiDomenico for legislation to require the supervision of animals at day care services; and (accompanied by bill, House, No. 407) of James M.
