Maryland Medical Assistance Program and Health Insurance - Required Coverage - Mobile Crisis and Crisis Stabilization

SB 738 requires Maryland's Medicaid program (Medical Assistance Program) and certain health insurance plans to cover mobile crisis and crisis stabilization services starting January 1, 2027.
