Public Health - Expedited Partner Therapy - Bacterial Vaginosis and Licensed Certified Midwives

This applies to patients diagnosed with BV, aiming to reduce reinfection and slow disease spread without requiring partners to visit a clinic. The law takes effect October 1, 2026.
