Elections - Ranked-Choice Voting in Contests for Presidential Nomination and Certification of Election-Supporting Technology

HB 215 authorizes Maryland's State Board of Elections to use ranked-choice voting in the 2028 statewide primary election for selecting a political party's candidate for President of the United States.
