TAX/SALES & USE:  Establishes the Sales Tax Streamlining and Modernization Commission, as the successor to the commission established by Act No. 405 of the 2015 Regular Session of the Legislature, to continue the comprehensive study of Louisiana's state and local sales and use tax systems

COMMERCE:  Provides for examination relative to the fiduciary duties of the RACER trust and constitutionality of the current lease agreement for the General Motors Shreveport plant

APPROPRIATIONS/GENERAL:  Makes supplemental appropriations for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 (Item #3)

TAX/ENERGY:  Requests the Louisiana State University Center for Energy Studies, Louisiana State University Public Administration Institute, and the Louisiana Tax Institute to analyze mineral revenues, taxes, and exemptions and to submit a written report of its findings to the legislature.
