Added explicit authorization for pre-charged pneumatic devices to be used for hunting deer during the primitive firearm season.

Established specific technical requirements for the added devices: a projectile caliber of .30 or larger, a weight of 150 grains or larger, a minimum muzzle velocity of 800 feet per second, or a combination of these factors that produces at least 200 foot-pounds of muzzle energy.

Added specific eligibility criteria allowing pre-charged pneumatic devices to be used for deer hunting during the primitive firearm season.

Established technical requirements for the devices, including minimum projectile caliber (0.30), weight (150 grains), muzzle velocity (800 fps), or a combination resulting in at least 215 foot-pounds of energy.

Clarified that hunting with these devices is limited to still hunting and may be permitted in all or some areas where deer hunting is allowed.

Authorized licensees to use magnified scopes on any weapon authorized for use during the primitive firearms season.
