LOBBYING: Provides for the disclosure of foreign adversaries (EN +$100,000 GF EX See Note)

The federal regulation used to define a 'foreign adversary' was changed from 15 CFR 7.4(a) to 15 CFR Part 791.4, as revised, to ensure the definition matches the current legal standard.

A citation error in the definition section was corrected, changing the reference from subsection '(d)' to '(c)'.
